yeah that’s me hehe.. Now days i realize i sleep a lot. Every time after came back from school i feel really tired and need to take nap for awhile and unfortunately its not for a minute but for a few hours..
Sometimes i tried not to sleep but around 7or 8pm i gonna feel really sleepy and if i don’t sleep, i cant do other things.
Hope i can find solutions for this cause when i wake up around 10, i feel really tired and exhausted, i take my bath very late, and if i feel hungry, i eat something light, do my work and around 1am back to my bed again, I don’t think it was healthy so I hv to stop it.
