I had been craving to eat gulai masak lemak udang for quite some times, its hard to find a decent one at kedai makan here since they prepared it differently than we, kelantanese did, so i tried to cook it all by myself for a very first time. Actually it was easy to prepare this dish, it just i never do it before despite back time i always saw my mum prepared it.
So after ½ hour did all the cooking, here’s the result :

so i add on kailan with oyster sauce thus chicken and dried cuttlefish masak sambal prepared by Ma, then we were having a pleasant lunch yumm!!
At nite, we hv decided to go out and having our dinner at this kedai called kedai makan tepi sungai.
they use batik sarawak as a decoration,very unique!
